Shipping Information

We now offer WORLDWIDE shipping Treacles! So everyone gets to experience apart of Peachy Sweets WM. Worldwide shipping is shipped with UPS tracked service. 

All worldwide shipping is based on weight of the parcel which is calculated for you at checkout. 

CUSTOM CHARGES / DUTY:

Should there be a charge on your deliver, it is our customers responsibility to pay for their custom charges for importing our products into any country. If customers reject or refuse the custom charges and the parcel is returned, you will NOT receive a refund for your order.

It is your responsibility to check over all orders once you have received them. If there is any issues, you have 48 hours to notify us by email where we will require photographic evidence. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US THROUGH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA FOR ISSUES AS THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TOO, therefore you will NOT be refunded. We will not be able to process any loss or damage claims after this period has elapsed.

Please note delivery windows start from day of dispatch.

Please note if you have filled your address in incorrectly upon checkout and the parcel is returned to us you will be charged for an additonal delivery cost to cover the cost of redelivery. If you do not choose to pay this redelivery cost your products will be refunded minus the cost of the original delivery charge.
