Due to the current hot weather, sweets and chocolate may melt during transit. Orders placed during this heat are at the customer’s own risk. We keep your orders as cool as possible when with us, however as soon as leave us in transit we have no control. We cannot accept responsibility for heat-related damage once dispatched.

We may hold your order for an extra day before dispatch if we believe it is too hot. If you would prefer a delayed dispatch, please let us know.

When orders arrive with you, we advise to pop your items into the fridge to cool them down on arrival if they appear hot.
