Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at peachysweetswm@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be approved before sending back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You are required to check your items thoroughly upon delivery. You must notify us of any damages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence by email. We will not be able to process any loss or damage claims after this period has elapsed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Any issues with your item getting lost or stolen on it's way back to us are solely the customers issue. We do not deal with any postal issues unless they are coming from us.

If the weather is hot, between 25-35 degrees, we do advise to not order our chocolate products/any products that may melt. We cannot be held responsible for products arriving melted during non-ordinary weather, we can only send our products a certain way, there is nothing us or our courier can do to prevent this. We will hold orders back if the weather is very hot.
